Ensembles On Tour

Grades 6-12

Students participate in masterclasses or attend private performances by Philharmonic Society presented musicians, such as Hilary Hahn, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Chicago Symphony Orchestra members and more.

Some of the opportunities include:

• Q&A and Masterclass - Musicians visit music classes to workshop a specific piece that the students are rehearsing, followed by a Q&A session.
• Invited Audience - A professional orchestra or ensemble will perform a abridged, 50-minute version of its full concert for students from local schools in venues across the county.
